3D AOI Inspection

With the introduction of very complex components such as fine pitch QFP’s, micro BGA’s, 01005 components, QFN’s and DFN’s the need for AOI inspection is no longer a luxury, but essential. The Omron VT-S730 system offers IPC standard class 3 compliance in full real 3D, data analysis and quality control software tools and repair station functionality with a full 3D display. The system is fully compliant with ISO/TS16949:2009 for the automotive industry too.

With only one machine of this type in the UK so far DVR is excited to show off this high-end inspection equipment. Due to its exclusivity we’ve had the pleasure in showing off our machine to many prospective clients for Omron recently.
