Project Procurement Services first traded with DVR in February 2004 and, since then, has watched DVR grow into a major contract manufacturer. We feel this success is due to the company’s proactive approach towards its customers’ problems and their ethos that ‘Our problems are their problems’. We feel we are part of the DVR family.
This has led to our orders with them in 2004 of 5k to grow to 122k in 2012. A large part of our growth is directly due to DVR and its positive attitude and quality.
We have been working with DVR for several years now to manufacture our specialist board assemblies. During this time we have built up a very good working relationship and I have always found my communications with DVR to be prompt, courteous and helpful. Due to the nature of our products (High End Audio) reliability and quality is paramount. DVR have always been very careful with their build, inspection and component supply to make sure we only receive the highest standard of build. They have always been willing to go the extra mile to help us with short lead time builds and finding difficult to source components. This level of quality and support is hard to find nowadays.
DVR provide a great service to our business that is very competitive; they always strive to ensure we are 100% satisfied. The team are both friendly and pro-active and keen to resolve any issues that arise quickly and efficiently.
Choosing to collaborate with DVR was relatively easy once we saw their facilities, expertise and willingness ‘to go the extra mile’ to meet our requirements. They really are the right fit for not only our current business needs but also for the future expansion plans.

I Just wanted to thank you for getting these assemblies to us so quickly, we really do appreciate all your efforts. The boards are fantastic! I’ve tested a couple of the keyboard QR boards and they perform extremely well. I’ve just programmed nine of the CPU cards and they all look good too. The soldering (both SMT and selective soldering) is just leagues above what we have seen in the past. We look forward to receiving more PCB’s soon.
