As DVR is ISO 9001:2008 approved, all new products are subject to a New Product Introduction process which evaluates the systems and methods required for new assemblies and ensures your new product’s viability. It is at this stage prototypes will be made to test the product’s efficiency and your assembly processes will be introduced into the manufacturing processes at our Basildon plant.
It is at this point in the new product’s life that our team will also confirm component availability, evaluate the design for manufacture and offer alternatives for cost-savings on both component and assembly processes.
