Our modern and efficient approach to the SMA process means we deliver faster, more effective solutions for our customers. Using five dedicated MYDATA® surface mount lines with two MY200DX-14 pick-and-place machines in a combination synergy line, as well as MY100DX and MY200DX-14 combination synergy line, a MY12 dedicated prototype SM machine we have the capability to meet any of our customers requirements for surface mount placement. Our machines can place components down to 01005 size, micro BGA’s and chip on chip devices. Between the five machines we have the ability to place in excess of 150,000 components an hour. All machines have been upgraded to the latest MYDATA software and Linescan camera’s that have the ability to take 50,000 images a second. The SM machines are supplied using automated board loaders and un-loaders to speed up the production process.
Our Surface Mount Assembly process is further enhanced by using 3 MPM Accuflex Automatic Screen Printers with full vision alignment and self-cleaning capability. 3 BTU Pyramax 8 zone reflow ovens. We also have three AOI machines and a SPEA ICT machine at our Basildon plant.
